How does MABBAM shipping work?

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number & order number to the email provided.

When should you expect your MABBAM package?

Delivery dates and times are strictly based on the rate you chose, 

x: Same-Day Free Local Delivery  after 7pm

(Currently available in Cincinnati,OH / Priority (2-3 Days)

* If you are not in the delivery range for Free Local Deliveries, then you must pay for shipping. Items will be available but will not ship if a payment for shipping has not been submitted. 

 

x : Order from France, but choose free local delivery as shipping method. 

s : Order from France, choose preferred shipping method (Standard/Priority/Overnight).

Which company will deliver my MABBAM package?

USPS & DHL will be the only companies you will expect a MABBAM delivery  from. 

 

How does returns work?

If for any reason you wish to return your MABBAM items, it must be shipped back in the exact condition it was received. Once the order has been processed, examined and deemed returnable then your refund will be sent back to your account in the method in which the payment was originally submitted. The return process takes MABBAM 1-2 days, you will see the return in your account at the speed of your bank's processing system. If you have closed the account you have submitted your payment with please call customer service after you have received your refund confirmation.

How long do you have to decide if you want to keep an item(s)?

We understand everyone's schedule is different, therefore we offer a 5-day return policy. You have (5 Business Days) to have your package postmarked from the date the order was received. The return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
